“Before all else, the Gospel invites us to respond to the God of love who saves us, to see God in others and to go forth from ourselves to seek the good of others” – Pope Francis, Evangelii Gaudium

The Parish Religious Education Program (PREP) is a weekly program that runs through the school year, offering students in public school an opportunity to learn about their faith. With a focus on deepening our relationship with Jesus our students also learn about the liturgy, sacraments, scriptures, and our rich tradition of faith. Classes run from kindergarten through grade 7, with an accelerated class for high school students as well.

Classes are on Tuesday evenings during the school year, from 7–8:15pm at Our Lady of Fatima elementary school. For more information, please contact Lolita Dimatulac at (236) 558-7283 or prep.olfc@rcav.org. Learn more here.

The Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults (RCIA) is a weekly program from September through May that introduces adults to the teachings of the Catholic Church. Although specifically designed for those thinking about becoming Catholic, this program is also suited for Catholics wanting to learn more about the teachings of the Church, and for others who are just wondering what the Catholic Church is all about.

Sessions are held on Thursday evenings, from 7-9pm. For more information, please contact the parish office at (604) 936-2525. Learn more here.
